1:45 a.m. Maria Maia, 30, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a call from Cardoso Café on Montello Street reporting a disturbance.
3:48 a.m. Karl J. Juste, 20, of Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, failure to stop for police and reckless operation of a motor vehicle after Caritas Good Samaritan Hospital on N. Pearl Street reported four or five people allegedly fighting on the ramp to the emergency room.
10:57 a.m. Police were contacted by Brockton Hospital on Centre Street for a sudden death after two men pulled up to the ambulance dock in a 1992 Buick with a dead man in the car. No further information is available.
11:47 a.m. DeSantis Chevrolet on Main Street reported 14 cars on their lot had their windows broken and radios stolen.
12:12 p.m. Steven Wilson, 40, of Brockton was charged with city ordinance violation and trespass with motor vehicle after a caller on Oak Hill Way reported allegedly catching a man dumping at the bus company.
4:24 p.m. Sergio Gonzalez, 32, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after a Sophia Avenue caller reported two men allegedly fighting in a driveway.
5:42 p.m. Adebayo R. Aderinkomi, 25, of Brockton was charged with possession to distribute a Class B drug and trafficking in cocaine after a Moraine Street caller reported a male and female allegedly arguing for hours. Caller reported arguing escalated to a physical fight and there is a lot of banging and screaming.
8:14 p.m. Rui Carreiro, 42, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery, larceny of a motor vehicle, threat to commit a crime and larceny under $250 after a Packard Street caller reported her husband allegedly was taking the kids and the car.
9:12 p.m. Clinton Gurley, 43, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery and wanton destruction of property over $250 after a Warren Avenue caller reported her husband is allegedly drunk and smashed things in the apartment.
