12:45 a.m. 911 Hang up. 228 W Chestnut St. State Police state female called screaming, yelling for help and then hung up. On call back caller states she believes someone broke into her home. Dickens Sanon, 23, of 228 W Chestnut St., Brockton was arrested and charged with assault.

1:23 a.m. Suspicious person. CVS. 316 N Pearl St. Manager from CVS states that a male party allegedly known to steal from them is in the store filling a cart and walking up and down aisles. He is a white male in his 20s and wearing a black jacket. Devan Joseph Clark, 23, of 54 N Main St. Brockton was charged with shoplifting by asportation.


6:52 a.m. A & B dangerous weapon—gun. Good Samaritan. 235 N Pearl St. Security states a ml party pulled up out front of the ER & he is shot in the head. States male party still has a gun. Security officer that called is not with this party & is getting all 2nd hand info.

9:12 a.m. Malicious damage motor vehicle. 331 Pine Grove Dr. Broken window.

9:45 a.m. Robbery investigated. 1 Dunham St. @ 630 Crescent St. Caller states he is a Tedeschi's employee and he was just robbed by 3 Hispanic males. Caller states he was walking out to the bank to make a deposit. He states he didn't see any weapons but his hand got cut. They got into a black 2-door car and they were headed down Pierce St. Caller requests an ambulance.

 

 

10:24 a.m. Police officer has a prisoner. 24 Silver Road. Angel Luis Mandes, 53, of 24 Silver Road, Apt.3, Brockton was arrested and charged with fugitive from justice without warrant.

11:30 a.m. Code enforcement. Crescent Express. 800 Crescent St. Follow up on gambling machine that was located in the store a week or so ago. They were given 48 hours to remove it. The machine is gone.

 

 

11:38 a.m. Assault & Battery investigate. 182 Green St. Apt. #2. Caller stated she allegedly was punched in the face and $100 was stolen out of her wallet. Vladimir Bertrand, 20, of 182 Green St. Apt. #2W, Brockton was charged with a&b to intimidate, with bodily injury, larceny from person, and witness intimidation.



12:38 p.m. B & E investigate. 237 East St. Caller came home to find someone went through her bedroom. Foot prints are visible. BCI dispatched

 

1:01 p.m. Code Enforcement. Citation-warning issued. Main St Auto Service, 495 Main St. Officer reports party is renting the license from owner. Citation(s) to be issued.


1:04 p.m. Disturbance. 580 Oak St @ 143 Chatham West Dr. Caller reports a male party at the intersection holding a sign and giving obscene gestures to passing cars. Officer reports speaking with this individual who is always at the above holding up "Freedom of Speech" signs. This man was not in the street but on the sidewalk and was not making obscene gestures. This individual was informed that if we received any more calls about his presence causing a disturbance he will then be instructed to move along. This man was checked for warrants, but was met with negative findings.


12:08 p.m. Larceny investigation. CVS. 316 N. Pearl St. Regarding past larceny incidents/gathering video footage and pursuing criminal charges. Devan Joseph Clark, 23, of 54 N. Main St., Brockton was charged with larceny over $250.


1:57 p.m B & E in progress. Hot sheet. 12 Upton St. Caller came home and found a car pulling out of the driveway. Party told caller he was turning around. Caller went into her house and found it broken into. Car fled west on E. Ashland St. It is a white, compact 2-door car with black hood and a Hispanic male driver with a mustache in his 20s wearing a black hat. Plymouth County called in for prints.


2:03 p.m. Code enforcement investigated. 52 Newbury St. Follow up on illegal lodging house.

 

  

3:03 p.m. Disturbance. West Junior High School. 271 West St. Juvenile arrest of a 14-year-old, assault w/dangerous weapon, a&b, and malicious destruction of property under $250.

 

5:54 p.m. B & E investigate. 125 Birchview Ave. Caller states they kicked in the back door and went down to the basement and took a safe from the house. 5 males broke into the home. Some of them fled in what is believed to be a white Infiniti 2-door, possibly a G35.


5:55 p.m. Malicious damage motor vehicle. 71 Highland St., Apt.#1. windows were smashed out.

 

4:41 p.m. B & E motor vehicle 544 Chatham West Dr. Unknown party smashed window to get in and stole property out of the vehicle.

 

4;42 p.m. Larceny of a motor vehicle. affordable Auto. 1050 Montello St. third party call received from owner who states that Mario from Mario's car sales allegedly went on his lot and into the office and took a set of keys to a car and drove off with it. Caller states he owes the man $300, but that gives him no right to steal his car. Mario's is about 2 doors down from the caller. See Danny on the lot. Caller is reporting incident from the Cape. Caller is down the Cape


4:56 p.m. Larceny in progress. Walmart. 700 Oak St. Caller reports a 55-year-old male took a knife out of the package, and is now in the garden center. Loss prevention cannot stop people with knives. Walmart did not wish criminal charges.


5:13 p.m. Disturbance by a drunk. Rosies Liquors. 190 Oak St. Caller states there is a black male wearing a tan hat and black coat who is sitting in a potted plant in front of the store. Caller believes he is very drunk. Drunk party taken to the hospital.

5:10 p.m. Unwanted guest family. 12 Riverside Ave. Caller states her baby’s father allegedly is breaking down the door. Male got inside and phone was disconnected. Donte Ortiz, 21, of 217 Sawtell Ave., Brockton was charged with felony B&E building in the nighttime and malicious destruction of property over $250.

 

6:19 p.m. Narcotics investigation. 8 Grand St. Narcotics search warrant executed. Larry D. Joyner, 26, of 11 Dorothy Road, Apt.#2, Brockton was arrested and charged with two counts of possession to distribute class B drug.

7:30 p.m. Malicious damage motor vehicle. 9 Hervey St. Window was smashed and $100 taken from wallet along with bank info.

 

6:37 p.m. Alarm, hold-up Hot sheet. Brockton Mini Mart. 139 Pleasant St. Hold up alarm. Caller states he is an employee at the above location and he just got robbed by a male with a mask who had a gun. Also, suspect was wearing a hoodie. Caller is unsure where he headed. Caller states black male pulled out a gun and took her money. Suspect was wearing a red Champion hooded sweatshirt with a large C on the left breast, jeans, black fitted gloves with a white mark by the knuckles, red bandana over face, baseball hat and white sneakers. Victim states he knows the voice on the suspect is from a regular customer who is a Cape Verdean male approximately 25 years old and that his left eye is smaller than his right.

 5:31 A.M. M/V Accident. 301 Linwood St. Caller states possible hit deer on lawn of above location. Second call. Party states vehicle is on its side. Ambulance sent.

5:55 a.m. Malicious Damage Motor Vehicle. 72 Pinehurst Ave. Caller says his vehicle has been hit with paintballs earlier in the night. Now has broken window. Complaint filed. Michael Anthony Merriam, 17, of 7 Gary Road, Brockton was charged with Malicious destruction of property over $250.

6:47 a.m. Larceny investigation. 116 Myrtle St. Recovered stolen wallet on 2/25/12. ELVIS Andrade, 19, of 116 Myrtle St. Apt.#,2 Brockton was charged with receiving stolen property under $250

7:07 a.m. M/V accident with property damage. 428 W Chestnut St. Officer Brown reports her neighbor crashed into her fence. Report taken.

7:28 a.m. Malicious Damage Motor Vehicle. 128 Menlo St Apt.#1. M/V window smashed.

8:28 a.m. B & E M/V investigation, 472 Chatham West Dr. Wallet, cellphone, red Jordan bag w/info ransacked.

8:49 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. Caller discovered her vehicle was damaged when she was leaving for work. She is at work now with the damaged vehicle. Incident happened at above address.

8:16 a.m. Code safety violation. The Keith Center. 175 Warren Ave. School principal would like to report to school police that a student brought a knife to school. Juvenile arrest of 14-year-old, charged with carrying a dangerous weapon on school grounds.

8:31 a.m. FIRE, structure. White smoke coming from Argyle Avenue. Fire dispatched. Matter settled.

10:05 a.m. Check abandoned building. 27 Oakdale St. Neighborhood Watch states house is abandoned. Front door was shut and locked yesterday. This morning front door is open. Unknown if people are inside. Matter settled.

10:08 a.m. Motor vehicle stop. 552 Main St. @ 25 Hervey St. JOSE Gabriel Pichizaca-Zumba, 25, of 588 Main St., Apt. #APT2 Brockton, was charged with unlicensed operation of m/v and failure to yield at intersection.

10:21 a.m. M/V accident. 202 Prospect St. Three males ran from the car into a white house on Oakdale St. Car vs. pole. Car on fire. Party took off. Fire sent. They left a red car crashed on the corner.

11:10 a.m. Malicious Damage motor vehicle. 146 Tribou St Apt.#2ND. Damage to m/v.

11:22 a.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. Quality Inn. 1005 Belmont St. Hotel reports a male party trepassing in one of the rooms. Caller would like him removed. Anthony Flint, 26, was trespassed from Quality Inn. Ericson L. Pratt, 20, 31 Hubbard Ave., Brockton has been trespassed from the Quality Inn, arrested and charged with rape, indecent a&b on person 14 or over, indecent a&b on person 14 or over, a&b with dangerous weapon, and failure to register as sex offender. Note: a party was unconscious in room 120. A 39-year-old man was transported to Good Samaritan.

11:26 a.m. Larceny investigation. Caller states that her cell phone and wallet was stolen from the girl’s gym locker.
 
11:56 a.m. B & E M/V investigation. 20 Custer St. Passenger side window—laptop and jewelry taken.

1:27 p.m. Code enforcement investigated. Johnny’s Cleaners. 1068 Montello St. Officer reports the problem is not Johnny's it’s JCB auto repair. JCB is storing cars on Johnny's property and has a couple of cars for sale and he has no used car license. I have given him until Monday to remove all the cars from the alley way next to his repair business and off of Johnny's cleaners property or I will issue citations and tow the cars. I spoke to JCB and they understand I will remove them. I will check on Monday.

1:42 p.m. M/V accident with property damage. 158 Cherry St. Caller states female driver drove onto the lawn and hit a part of the house. Caller states it's a black Pathfinder. Two cars, no personal injury, and on Richmond St.

1:56 p.m. M/V accident with injuries. 464 Warren Ave. @ 50 Winthrop St. Truck vs. house. Shannon E.
Gordon, 45, of 4 Hamilton St., Brockton, was charged with subsequent offense operating M/V with license suspended and failure to yield at intersection.

2:42 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance.B.B. Russell School. 175 Warren Ave. School reports a student in the parking lot that they want removed. They have a no trespass on him. Black male with dread locks. Two arrested. They are: Juvenile arrest of 16-year-old, charged with disturbing the peace and resisting arrest. Christopher AntoneMmonteiro, 17, of 74 Southfield Dr., Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace,interfering with police officer in performance of duty, and disorderly conduct.

5:11 p.m. Unwanted guest—drunk. 103 Main St. Caller states there is a drunk male in the rear parking lot buzzing people in the building to let him in. Caller has told him several times to go. He is out there yelling. Drunk male transported to Brockton Hospital ER.

5:25 p.m. Narcotics investigation. Walmart. 700 Oak St. Rogelio Buckley,28 of 14 Poplar Road, Brockton and Samantha Marie Curtin, 26, of 29 Goddard Road Apt.#3, Brockton were charged with conspiracy to

7:45 p.m. B & E motor vehicle. 138 Newbury St., Apt.#3. Caller states vehicle was broken into. No suspect. Natalie Davis, 17, of 26 Norton St., Apt.#3, Boston was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, trespass, and resisting arrest.

6:33 p.m. Check property. Hot Sheet. 15 Fern Ave. Caller is the owner of this property, but not staying there at the moment. It has been broken into a few times in the last 2 weeks. He would like a cruiser to check out area, if possible.

7:38 p.m Disturbanc. Walgreens. 25 Oak St, ext. Caller states he is the manager at the above location. Reports a black male wearing a brown jacket and red hat is threatening one of his employees. Caller states the black male is saying the employee owes him money and he has a hammer. Caller states he is scaring the customers. Under investigation.
8:50 p.m. Threats see the complainant. 92 French Ave., Apt. #1. Anthony Lorgeree, 17, of 92 French Ave., Apt. #1, Brockton was charged with threat to commit crime.
 
10:08 p.m. Malicious damage Motor Vehicle. 94 Cherry St. Caller states male walked by her mom's parked silver 2007 Toyota Hylander and smashed her front window. Caller states male ran off down Cherry Street. Caller states it was too dark to see what he used to smash it or what he looked like. Report taken.

10:05 p.m. Robbery. Country Food Store. 380 N Main St. Numerous cruisers respond and search area. Report taken. No further information available.

7:31 a.m. M/V accident. 115 Bellevue Ave. School bus hit parked car. Four students on bus.

8:11 a.m. B&E investigation. 51 Colgate Road. Kicked-in back door. Unknown suspect broke into an empty house. The house is in the process of being totally gutted. Suspects took a sledgehammer, 3 pry bars, roof ripping shovel, and brand new lock set from this location.

8:13 a.m. Suicide attempted. 300 block, W. Elm St. Adult female who slit her wrists transported to Good Samaritan.

8:35 a.m. Malicious damage in progress. 533 Main St., Apt. 1. Caller states her boyfriend is outside allegedly throwing bricks at her house and causing a disturbance. Reports he is on a GPS monitoring system. Aderito Patrick Amado, 22, of 25 Fuller St., Apt. 1, Brockton was arrested and charged with malicious destruction of property over $250.

8:35 a.m. M/V stop. 1 Fuller St. & 142 Belmont St. Stephenson M. Crawford, 30, of 167 Newbury St., Apt. 103, Brockton was arrested and charged with operating M/V with suspended license, uninsured M/V, default warrant, failure to stop/yield.

9:21 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. 94 Anawan St. Caller reports vehicle wasn’t damaged but $6 worth of change was taken and suspect went through everything. Second time this has happened. Last time was June, 2011.

9:48 a.m. M/V stop. 304 Ash St. & 347 Belmont St. Luis Castro, 30, of 19 Madrid Square, Brockton was charged with unlicensed operation of M/V and disturbing a funeral procession.

10:43 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. Brockton Public Library—East Branch. 54 Kingman St. Caller states voting signs have been messed with and writing on the back door and bongs. Custodian on scene. Ongoing problem and they have been cleaning it off. Reports of numerous kids hanging out in the rear of the East Side library writing on the walls and the doors. Request PD to check on building due to the vandalism.

12:21 p.m. Disturbance. 1 Downey Road & 126 Dixon Road. Officer reports stepping out with 2 people who were arguing. One of them refused to take his hands out of his pockets after being ordered to do so several times. Officer reports he drew his weapon. Unknown what the male had in his pockets, but the male immediately put his hands up. Male was ordered to turn around several times, away from the police officer. Once the male complied, officer states he secured his weapon and pat frisked the male for weapons.

1:39 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. Westgate Inn. 195 Westgate Dr. Male party refusing to leave. Caller states they will not rent him a room and want him to leave. Male party trespassed from Westgate Inn and Super 8.

2:39 p.m. B&E M/V investigation. Dick’s Sporting Goods, 435 Westgate Dr. B&E to M/V in parking lot.

3:48 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. 63 Dover St. Someone broke into his M/V and stole the change from his console.

4:21 a.m. Malicious damage M/V. 666 Warren Ave., Apt. 2. M/V window broken.

5:14 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. 77 Dover St. Doors all open. Items stolen from M/V and doors were not locked.

7:08 a.m.  Malicious damage M/V. 120 Forest Ave., Apt. 2. Broken window.

8:43 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. Dattco. 1079 N. Montello St. Larceny of 14 batteries from M/Vs on lot.

9:04 a.m.  B&E M/V investigation. 16 Williams Place. Broken rear small window. Backpack with client’s personal info taken.

9:05 a.m. Larceny of M/V investigation. 82 Belmont St. Green Cadillac DeVille stolen. Hot sheet.

9:07 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. 30 Exchange St., Apt. 3. M/V broken into.

9:35 a.m. A&B dangerous weapon—knife. Affordable Properties LLC. 16 E. Chestnut St., Apt.1R. Third party call reports neighbor came over and said that her husband allegedly stabbed her. Reports female went back to the home. Unknown if husband is still there. BCI notified. Christopher Snuffer, 43, of 16 E. Chestnut St., Apt. 1, Brockton was arrested and charged with two counts of A&B.

10:06 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. 484 Chatham West Dr. Front right passenger side window broken.

10:09 a.m. Larceny/forgery/fraud. 473 Warren Ave. Caller reports his step-children allegedly used his identity and credit card. Rolando Torres, 28, and Amarantha Torres, 32, both of 473 Warren Ave., Brockton were charged with larceny over $250, credit card fraud over $250 and false pretenses/swindle/con.

10:13 a.m. Violation of 209a order. Brockton District Court. 215 Main St. Go to clerk’s office. Plaintiff and defendant were there for a 209a hearing and the defendant allegedly harassed the plaintiff. See court officer and Brockton PD officer in front of clerk’s office. Rickie Butterworth, 53, of 347 Poskus St., Stoughton was arrested and charged with violating an abuse prevention order.

10:22 a.m. Larceny investigation. Brockton High School. 470 Forest Ave. BHS students report someone broke into their gym locker and took their belongings.

10:26 a.m. B&E in progress. 772 East St. Caller states the above address has been foreclosed and is vacant, however he just saw 3 white males allegedly leaving through the front door with copper. They fled in a red Chevy or Ford truck—license plate given to police—toward Summer Street. Three people arrested and charged with felony B&E building in the daytime, larceny from building, and vandalize property. They are: Matthew Ryan, 29, of 42 West Union St., E. Bridgewater; William L. Lussier, Jr., 37, of 42 Ida Ave., Brockton; and Steven Blake, 25, of 2 Chestnut Place, Hingham.

10:34 a.m. A&B in progress. 917 Montello St. Caller reports a client is assaulting and biting the staff. Juvenile arrest of 16-year-old, charged with A&B.

11:32 a.m. Annoying phone calls. The Keith Center. 175 Warren Ave. Caller reports several prank calls and the last one party states, “come through and shoot them up and bomb the building.”

12:30 p.m. Robbery. Rockland Trust. 836 N. Main St. Silent hold-up from tellers. Bank reports a 25 to 33 year-old white male gave a teller a note. Suspect described as having no facial hair, wearing a black hat, and black fleece jacket—possibly Northface—ran out the door.  Second suspect—also white male. Ran toward Wilmington and Howard. Two parties in Papa Gino’s fitting description.
Two men arrested and charged with armed robbery and unarmed robbery. They are: Ronald Joseph Lacombe, 22, of 19 Hervey St., Apt. 1, Brockton and Justin Akins, 21, of 125 Ames Road, Brockton.

1:14 p.m. Domestic violence call. 28 Nye Ave. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly is assaulting her. She fled to a neighbor’s. She left her twin infants in the home with him and wants to return to the apartment before the police arrive. She refused medical attention and would not stay on the line. Cory M. Wilson, 22, of 28 Nye Ave., Apt. 2, Brockton, was charged with A&B, threat to commit crime, and malicious destruction of property under $250.

2:51 p.m. B&E M/V investigation. 182 Nilsson St. Passenger side. Iphone taken.

3:50 p.m. Disturbance. Brockton High School. 470 Forest Ave. Student removed from bus.

4:05 p.m. Pickup prisoner on a warrant. Brockton Superior Cout. 72 Belmont St. Second floor of the court house to pick up fugitive. Active warrant out of Rhode Island. Confirmed they will come get her. Kerri Faria, 43, of 109 Crapo St., Apt. 1, Bridgewater, arrested on a fugitive from justice on governor’s warrant.

6:45 p.m. B&E investigation. 95 Tina Ave. Caller states her house was broken into. Reports they entered from her bedroom window.

7:57 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. 30 Hill St. Joshua Deburgo, 18, of 377 Centre St., Apt. 3, Brockton was arrested and charged with possession to distribute Class D drug, possession of Class B drug, defacing firearm serial #, subsequent offense firearm without FID card, unlawful possession of ammunition, use of M/V without authority, drug violation near school/park, and miscellaneous M/V equipment violations.

8:45 p.m. Welfare check. 91 Hillberg Ave. Caller asks to check on Claude Brown-Madison and see if he is at above. He claims he is home, but his GPS monitor shows him 3 blocks away. If he is there have officer call back from the house phone. Police report unable to locate. No Brown-Madison on any mailboxes and could not get into the building.

6:20 p.m. M/V accident, property damage. 464 Warren Ave. & 50 Winthrop St. Car vs. stop sign and hit the fence. Fire en route. Second call. Vehicle operator reports head, back pain and cut finger. Ambulance sent. Felipe Guasco, 30, of 145 Winthrop St., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with unlicensed operation of M/V.

9:00 p.m. Disturbance. 23 River St., Apt. 2. Caller states the landlord turned off the electricity and is refusing to put it back on. Police report power back on—ongoing problem with the landlord and tenant.

9:08 p.m. A&B investigate. Brockton Hospital. 680 Centre St. Call from hospital reports patient in ER room 41 allegedly kicked nurse. Michael Mirabito, 43, of 111 Green St., Apt. 4, Brockton was charged with A&B.

9:17 p.m. Keep the peace. 52 Newbury St., Apt. 2. Caller has no heat and electricity. States landlord allegedly shut it off. Denise Renaud, 52, of 52 Newbury St., Brockton was charged with landlord fail to provide utilities.

1:28 a.m. Domestic violence call. 924 Warren Ave., Apt. B. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly came home drunk, hit her in the face, told her he was going to kill her, and tried to take their 1-year-old baby.  She reports he broke her phone and she took his phone and is using it now. Caller is outside at the corner of the house. Claudino Andrade, 34, of 924 Warren Ave., Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B and threat to commit crime.

4:41 a.m. Fire, vehicle. 57 Keene St. & 879 Pleasant St. Caller states vehicle just blew up on corner. Vehicle is a gray Audi. Fire department responding. Highway department en route to place sand on the area.

8:25 a.m. Malicious damage M/V. 31 Bunker Ave., Apt. 3. Windshield, rear window and side windows all smashed. Also, some dents and scratches. Report taken.

8:31 a.m. Narcotics investigation. 68 Porter St. & 100 Upland Road. Off-duty officer observed a drug deal in a brown/gray Kia. Anthony David Vito, 21, of 724 Buckley Road, Stoughton was arrested and charged with possession of Class A drug and subsequent offense operating M/V with license suspended.

9:04 a.m. B&E investigate. 228 Spring St. B&E to above. Radiators, boilers and copper pipes stolen.

9:09 a.m. Domestic violence call. 59 Temi Road. Caller states her husband is allegedly paranoid delusional and he told her he had thoughts of killing her last night. She states today he attacked her. He is outside in the backyard. State Police canine on scene. Phone pinged to rear of 246 Bates Road. Hajzer Zejnullahu, 67, of 59 Temi Road, Brockton was charged with A&B.
9:15 a.m. B&E investigate. 74 Huntington St. Kicked in basement window. All the copper and piping in the basement stolen.
10:20 a.m. B&E in progress. 4 Fairmount Ave. Caller reports the house on the corner of Fairmount and Division was broken into. A male and female were seen carrying 2 gray bags. They were heading south on Wayland St. House is vacant. Vacant home searched. No parties on scene and were not located by State Police K-9. Report taken for code enforcement on vacant home.
10:45 a.m. Domestic violence call. 125 Pleasant St., Apt. 7. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly hit her, took her keys and messed up her apartment. He fled in a black Volkswagen. 11:11 a.m. Disturbance. Al’s Motor Sales. 1126 N. Montello St. Unruly customer who is yelling and screaming and smashed caller’s car. A lot of yelling in the background.  Police respond and matter settled in about 45 minutes.
12:14 p.m. Malicious damage M/V. 78 Colonel Bell Dr. Four tires slashed.
12:44 p.m. B&E attempted. 377 Main St., Apt. 2. Damaged back door, but they could not get in because of the other locks.
1:16 p.m. Alarm telephone. 216 Grafton St. Black male wearing all black broke into the house and when the caller confronted him he pulled out a silver hand gun. The man fled on foot toward Packard Way. Female caller states she was a black male on a black 10-speed bike trying to rob a house. He is wearing a black brim cap with a black fleece jacket and black swishie pants. He is carrying a code for items in the right side pocket of his pants. Caller states he ran through the back yard.
