1:29 a.m. A&B dangerous weapon investigation at Caritas Good Samaritan Hospital, 235 North Pearl St. Male party was just dropped off in ER by some friends. He was stabbed and unknown where it happened and friends left the hospital. Victim is not being cooperative.

7:02 p.m. Suspicious persons at Prestige Car Wash, 245 North Pearl St. Caller is the manager of Prestige Car Wash. Two of their locations were robbed last night and the employees are nervous. 20 minutes ago, 2 white males in their 20s, tall and thin were at the car wash.
They seemed to be "casing the place" and looking in the register and asking what time they close. They went out behind the building for a few minutes and after they left employees went to look out back and found some clothes and hats. They fled in a truck but the employees are afraid they may come back at closing time. 2nd call gave the correct plate # and is a Ford F-150 cream color. Vehicle is at Saab Gas on Oak Street.

11:08 a.m. Home invasion on North Cary Street. 2 Hispanic males wearing a black shirt and jeans came into the caller’s house with a club and a gun. Caller states the 2 males were in the basement and then they knocked on the caller’s door and got inside the house.
They tied the caller up and took his TV and he states one has a "billy" club and one had a gun.
Neighbor stated that he saw what he believes to be 2 Hispanic males drive off in a black vehicle at a high rate of speed headed north. Neighbor stated that the individuals were hanging out at the above for awhile before they drove off quickly. Neighbor stated that one of the individuals was wearing a dark hood.

1:35 p.m. Larceny in progress at the Home Depot, 715 Crescent St. 2 males in blue or black two-tone truck just took a bunch of steel beams from the back of the store and headed into the downtown area.
1:52 p.m. Domestic violence call on Carl Avenue. Caller states her 18-year-old son allegedly assaulted her and she is out front. Also, he broke a chair inside the house. Julian Ortiz, 18, of Brockton was charged with A&B and intimidation of a witness.

5:43 p.m. Threats see the complainant at Howard Square. Caller states the child's father is allegedly sending her threatening texts that he is going to kill her and take their son. Child is currently with the father on a court scheduled visitation and caller would like to take child from the father. She is asking for assistance.

They tied the caller up and took his TV and he states one has a "billy" club and one had a gun.
Neighbor stated that he saw what he believes to be 2 Hispanic males drive off in a black vehicle at a high rate of speed headed north. Neighbor stated that the individuals were hanging out at the above for awhile before they drove off quickly. Neighbor stated that one of the individuals was wearing a dark hood.
1:08 p.m. Overdose on North Cary Street. Brother overdosed on heroin and transported to the hospital.
1:35 p.m. Larceny in progress at the Home Depot, 715 Crescent St. 2 males in blue or black two-tone truck just took a bunch of steel beams from the back of the store and headed into the downtown area.
1:52 p.m. Domestic violence call on Carl Avenue. Caller states her 18-year-old son allegedly assaulted her and she is out front. Also, he broke a chair inside the house. Julian Ortiz, 18, of Brockton was charged with A&B and intimidation of a witness.
4:22 p.m. Violation of a 209A order on Warren Avenue. Caller states suspect is not supposed to be at the location and there is a 209A in place. but has not been served. Michael Anthony Shanks, 55, of Brockton was charged with violation of abuse prevention order.
5:43 p.m. Threats see the complainant at Howard Square. Caller states the child's father is allegedly sending her threatening texts that he is going to kill her and take their son. Child is currently with the father on a court scheduled visitation and caller would like to take child from the father. She is asking for assistance.
Numerous calls and now the caller states she is heading toward Howard Square and that her green Ford broke down and she is in a cab. Paul Shaugnessy, 36, of Brockton was summonsed for threatening to commit a crime.
8:34 p.m. Malicious damage in progress at the Raymond School, 125 Oak St. 7 black youths breaking windows at school. Caller states they are now running towards North Main Street. Second night that this has happened.
9:55 p.m. Violation of 209A order on West Elm Street. Caller came to the lobby to report the violation. Jean Rodney Pierre, 24, of Brockton was summonsed for violating abuse prevention order and intimidating a witness.
10:52 p.m. Check motorist drunk on Tilton Avenue. Caller states a yellow Jeep came in his yard and almost hit him. The vehicle is now parked 6 houses down from the above location. Yellow Jeep with Vermont plates is parked and no operator.

12:21 p.m. Disturbance at the Department of Transitional Assistance, 75 Commercial St. 911 call from a female without a lot of info. Suspect stole employee's wallet and then hid it in the bathroom. Admitted stealing it and returned the money stolen. Victim doesn't wish to pursue criminal charges.
1:04 p.m. Code Enforcement- Joe Angelo's Cafe & Deli, 11 Crescent St. Delivery of letter for license Commission.
2:42 p.m. Larceny/forgery/fraud at Mikes Gas, 212 Torrey St. $100 counterfeit bill.
3:53 p.m. Violation of 209A investigation on Summer Street. Carol Galant, 57, of Brockton was summonsed with harassment prevention orders violation.
4:19 p.m. Narcotics investigation on Warren Avenue. Alleged hand-to-hand drug transaction on 6/20/11. Hayward V. Henry, 41, of Brockton was summonsed for distribute counterfeit drug and possession to distribute counterfeit drug.
4:23 p.m. Violation of 209A investigation on Forest Avenue. Lionel O. Roy, 47, of Brockton was summonsed for violation of abuse prevention order and threatening to commit a crime.
7:27 p.m. Assault & battery investigation on Ellsworth Street. Caller states she is having problems with her cousin in-law. Caller states she is homeless and has him hold her meds but she keeps having problems getting them from him. Also, states he allegedly twisted her arm, but she is OK and refused any medical treatment. John A. Monteiro, 50, of Brockton was charged with A&B.
10:52 p.m. Robbery at Prestige Gas, 761 Warren Ave. 2 black males wearing masks and red hoodies and a black hoodie robbed the store with a large knife. Refer to arrest 11-2719-AR. Sharrod Hamilton, 25, of Brockton was charged with unlicensed operation of motor vehicle and miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation.

3:26 a.m. B&E motor vehicle on Arthur Paguin Way. Caller states his car was broken into and items stolen.
3:26 a.m. Larceny of motor vehicle on Cambo Street. 2005 Trail Blazer was stolen some time after 1 a.m.
4:12 a.m. B&E investigation on Battles Street. Black male bald and wearing gray/white shirt and shorts just broke down door and fled towards Main Street.
5:19 a.m. Assault & battery in progress at North Montello Street & East Ashland Street.
Caller states a male beat her up and is heading toward her house. Caller states she is waiting in the Walgreens parking lot with a friend now. States this all started with a male she has been dating for a couple weeks now and she is concerned because he also threatened her son. A police officer cut his finger while attempting to take keys out of the suspect’s hands.
Cole Daniels, 25, of Brockton was charged with malicious damage to motor vehicle, resisting arrest, disturbing the peace, A&B, threatening to commit a crime and disorderly conduct.
8:28 a.m. Domestic violence call on Winter Street. Caller states his daughter and her girlfriend are allegedly fighting inside the apartment. Jazmin Kuanne Lodge, 21, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon.
Olivia Marie Robbins, 20, of Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace.
