2:01 a.m. B&E investigated, Elm Court Hotel, 33 West Elm St. Caller states that a “guest” who was removed earlier this morning allegedly returned with another “guest” and broke into a room sometime later in the day. Have since been removed again. Manager would like to file a report. Tyler David Lawson, 18, of Brockton was charged with felony B&E in the daytime and malicious destruction of property under $250.

10:03 a.m. Domestic violence call, N. Cary St. Caller alleges his baby’s mother attacked him while he was holding the baby. Ana Fernandes, 32, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery.

10:14 a.m. A&B with a dangerous weapon—a knife, Byron Avenue. Caller states 3 black males—one with a knife—allegedly tried to jump husband. Dana Rice, 17, and Eric Davis, 26, both of Brockton, were charged with A&B, and affray.

11:41 a.m. Annoying phone calls, Main Street. Caller reports receiving harassing phone calls from ex. Criminal harassment complaint filed.

2:54 p.m. Larceny/Forgery/Fraud, Madrid Square. Caller reports a health care worker allegedly took her sister’s checks and forged her name. Alleges $5,000 was taken out of bank account. Jennifer Cortez, 26, of Brockton, was charged with 8 counts of forgery of check and 2 counts of larceny over $250.

6:33 p.m. Robbery, Brockton Mini Mart, 139 Pleasant St. Three black males, all in black clothes robbed the mini mart. Small handgun shown. Unknown if on foot or vehicle.

9:22 p.m. Robbery, Domino’s Pizza, 1085 N. Montello St. Three black males. One had a black gun. Made employees go in back room. Cash taken.
