Police Log Tuesday March 10

Tuesday, March 10:

3:56 a.m. Anthony Jimenez, 23, 114 Barnaby St., Fall River charged with assault and battery after a Westgate Dr. caller reported boyfriend hit her and took her purse.
9:53 a.m. 14-year-old girl charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, intimidating a witness, and cruelty to an animal after a Forest Avenue caller reported the girl punched another in the house in the stomach.
10 a.m. Natalie Gadson, 18, 17 Hampton Road, Brockton was charged with threat to commit a crime after a disturbance call at Brockton High School.
10:09 a.m. Tieka Westley,23, 9 Brunswick St., Brockton charged with threat to commit a crime after a Perkins Street caller reported Westley was causing a disturbance ad drove away from Warren Avenue.
10:20 a.m. Jose Flores, 24, 74 Grove St., Chelsea was charged with driving without a license, registration plate violation and possession and use of a false or stolen Registry of Motor Vehicles document after a traffic stop on Main Street.
1:07 p.m. Corine Kierstead, 45, 103 Main St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a Main Street caller reported a domestic violence disturbance.
1:21 p.m. Two East Bridgewater men were arrested and charged with shoplifting after Westgate Mall security reported a male shoplifter leaving Sears and heading from Campanelli Drive to Oak Street in a blue Dodge pickup truck. The men are Kenneth Curtis, 38, 330 Pond St., and Victor Hak, 47, 509 West St.
2:50 p.m. Robert W. Santos, 21, 35 Weston St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery and threat to commit a crime after an ex-girlfriend reported he assaulted her.
3:44 p.m. Mario Napier, 23, 72 Colonel Bell Dr., Brockton was charged with three counts of assault and battery and intimidating a witness. Police received a call from a Colonel Bell Drive female reporting her boyfriend assaulted her, is refusing to leave the house and has knives in the house. Napier told police his soon-to-be ex-girlfriend bit him and is making false statement to cops.
4:52 p.m. Nuno Emanuel Gomes, 18, 472 N. Montello St., Brockton was charged with shoplifting after a call from Walmart security on Oak Street reported a male shoplifter was giving them a hard time and threatening security and the manager.
6:01 p.m. Sheilawna Y. Bryant, 29, 17 Evelyn St., Mattapan was charged with passing counterfeit money after Joe Angelo’s CafĂ© on Main Street reported she gave them a phony $100 bill on March 7.
6:58 p.m. Jason Walsh, 26, address unknown, Weymouth was charged with assault and battery after a motor vehicle stop on Pomona Drive.
8:43 p.m. Vladir Delgado, 20, 628 N. Main St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a North Main Street caller reports son pushed and hit her.
9:48 p.m. Frederick Bush, 51, 430 Warren Ave., Brockton was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after Bush’s brother walked into police head quarter’s to report Bush threw a shoe at him.
10:28 p.m. Jose Rivera, 34, 53 Intevale St., Brockton was arrested and charged with two counts of distributing a Class B substance, crack or cocaine, and a firearms restriction violation after a police department narcotics investigation.
11:40 p.m. Richard Wind, 58, 15 Rock Meadow Dr., Brockton was charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle after police received a call from a person a cell phone stating a red Toyota Camry SE was all over the road near North Cary Street and East Ashland Street. The vehicle was towed.
