Police log March 3 to March 6

Tuesday, March 3:
2:28 a.m. Jorge Monteiro, 28, 14 Lorrie Ave., Brockton was charged with driving without a license and other motor vehicle violations after a traffic stop near Warren Ave and Harvard St.

4:26 a.m. An unidentified woman reports being robbed by two men who attacked her while she was getting into her car. The report gives Second Street as an address but it is unclear if the robbery took place there. The woman said they were masked, had a knife and spoke Creole. Police found a mask and knife at Third Street and Custer Street that will be tested for fingerprints.

10:37 a.m. 15-year-old arrested at Brockton High School and charged with possession to distribute a Class D substance, drug violation near a school or park and a default warrant.
11:01 a.m. 16-year-old juvenile arrested on a call from Centre Street for three default warrants.
3:06 p.m. Police responded to a call that three black males, all wearing black hoodies were beating up one male at a park near Brook Street and Howard Square. Police report victim refused to be identified or cooperate, stating his assailants were drunker than him.

7:15 p.m. A man was taken from the Lithuanian Village CafĂ© on Ames Street for a suspected heroin or Xanax overdose after police found a hypodermic needle in the men’s room.

9:10 p.m. David Buonassisi, 26, 13 Dyer St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a woman called to report her boyfriend and his brother were fighting.

10:01 p.m. A 15-year-old male was charged with assault and battery after a Chestnut Street mom reported her son was out of control and breaking things in the house, including her glasses.

10:59 p.m. Donald Hall, 31, 281 N. Main St., Brockton was charged with assault to rob, unlawful possession of an electric stun gun and assault and battery when a caller from Golden Corner on N. Main Street reported the restaurant was almost robbed by a 6-foot black male. The caller told police the man didn’t get anything and left before police were contacted and was heading toward Avon. Hall was tracked down from a witness who got the license plate of hall’s vehicle.

Wednesday, March 4:

11:38 a.m. Son Doc Do, 27, 63 Mt. Vernon St., Malden was charged with driving without a license, unregistered and uninsured vehicle, and violations to conceal a license plate identification after a traffic stop near Ellsworth Avenue and Palm Place.

1:19 p.m. Police will contact administrators of East Jr. High School after a group of students were caught spraying a Gladstone Street house with silly string. The initial call claimed the students were spray painting homes on the street.

2:03 p.m. Fernando Tavares, 47, 55 Keith Ave., Brockton, was charged with leaving the scene of property damage after an accident on Main Street.

3:41 p.m. Police are investigating a robbery by a man posing as a safety inspector. A Belmont Street man called to say a young, clean shaven man wearing a dark gray jacket, baseball hat and yellow gloves who spoke Portuguese walked into the house and turned on faucets and checked “everything” as he stole jewelry and other items.

9:58 p.m. Rayleasha Long, 21, 663 River St., Boston was charged two days before her 22nd birthday with sexual conduct for a fee after she was arrested near N. Main Street and Oak Street.

Thursday, March 5:
12:25 a.m. Juan Romero, 36, 487 N. Warren Ave., Brockton was charged with driving without a license after a motor vehicle stop on Oakdale Street.

12:57 a.m. Jose Correia, 36, 535 Pine Grove Dr., Brockton was charged with assault and battery, threat to commit a crime and intimidation of a witness after a call that he was hitting his wife.

2:08 a.m. Richard B. Wallace, 49, was charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop on Alger Street.

3:11 a.m. Maxime Dorilas, 24, 34 Blueberry Circle, was arrested at Good Samaritan Hospital on N. Pearl St. and charged with disturbing the peace after security in the emergency room called to report a drunk party who won’t leave.

9:20 a.m. D’Jeny Janvier, 34, 14 Thompson Dr., Randolph caused a disturbance at police headquarters and was charged with disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, threat to commit a crime and trespass.

10:30 a.m Jamal Niqan, 19, 30 Anawan St., Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace and lewd, wanton and lascivious conduct after an incident at Brockton District Court.

12:50 p.m. Emmanuel Philip Charles, 24, 30 Martin St., Brockton was charged with larceny from a building after Tedeschi’s Food Mart on Crescent Street reported a black male in a tan leather jacket ran into the store, told the clerk, “you can’t catch me now,” grabbed two bottles of wine and sprinted from the store toward Moulton Street.

2:49 p.m. Richard M. Murphy, 26, 4 Lewis Farm Road, Dedham was charged with assault and vandalizing property after police received a call from his girlfriend living on Oak Street that Murphy punched a hole in the wall and was breaking up the apartment.

5:41 p.m. Harry G. Green Jr., 27, 26 George St., Brockton was charged with violated a protective restraining order when it was reported he was following his ex-girlfriend.

5:50 p.m. Jose Correia, 46, 59 Hickory Dr., Raynham was charged with driving without a license after a traffic stop on Warren Avenue near the Brockton French SDA Church.

8:51 p.m. Brandon Hensley, 26, 174 Ethyl Way, Stoughton was charged with driving without a license after a motor vehicle accident on Centre Street.
Friday, March 6:

1:33 a.m. Christopher P. Rovaldi, 25, 155 Colonel Bell Dr., Brockton was charged with second offense drunk driving, leaving the scene of property damage and negligent operation of a motor vehicle when a call reported that a van had hit a curb and several other things, including fire hydrant along Belair Street and was headed toward Oak Street.

2:42 a.m. Stephen N. Ramos, 57, 100 Perkins Ave., Brockton was charged with drunk driving and negligent operation of a motor vehicle after police received a call for a suspicious motorist.

7:28 a.m. A 14-year-old girl was charged with assault and battery, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace when a Forest Ave. caller reported an assault in progress.

9:16 a.m. Foster Monteiro, 18, 35 South St., Brockton was charged with possession to distribute a Class D drug, drug violation near a school or park, driving without a license and fail to yield at an intersection after a traffic stop on Main Street.

12:22 p.m. Dale Rolinda Dupree, 45, 290 Green St., Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, unregistered and uninspected motor vehicle and license not in possession after a traffic stop on Highland Street.
