1:10 a.m. Natalio Baptista, 33, 88 Carroll Ave., Brockton was charged with driving an uninsured motor vehicle after a traffic stop near N. Cary and Elliot streets.

1:14 a.m. Ann Marie Martin, 48, 43 Thompson Ave. Brockton was charged with drunk driving after a motor vehicle stop near Belmont and Manley streets.

1:55 a.m. Jasybe J. Snape, 28, 229 W. Elm St., Brockton was charged with possession of a Class D substance, marijuana, after a traffic stop on Ash Street.

3:36 a.m. Police respond to a call from Brockton Hospital reporting a male party was intentionally hit by a motor vehicle driven by Gregory Phillips. The victim was in the emergency room. Gregory L. Phillips, 33, 125 W. Selden St., Boston was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

7:23 a.m. Police investigated a report from a Smith Avenue caller that her brother was attacked at about 12:30 last night by three men who knocked at the door. The sister said the men came into the brother’s room, punched him in the face and took his wallet. The sister said her brother did not call sooner because he does not speak English and waited for her help with translation.

8:22 a.m. John DaSilva Jr., 26, 427 Warren Ave., Brockton was arrested on a default warrant after police were called to a Warren Avenue building when a party reported the tenant upstairs had made threats and spit on her front door.
