8:45 a.m. B&E investigated. Country Auto Sales, 743 Warren Ave. Someone broke into the place of business.

9:45 a.m. Prowler. 735 W. Chestnut St. Third party caller reports she received a call from her brother stating two black males were trying to break into their home. Brother chased them off. One was wearing a red hat and the other had a bunch of tattoos. They headed on foot toward Ash St. Shayne Stilphen, 21, of E. Bridgewater was charged with felony B&E a building in the daytime. Corey M. McCauley, 22, of Rockland was charged with felony B&E a building in the daytime, two default warrants, and foreign warrant.

11:57 a.m. Larceny investigation. 755 Crescent St. Caller states he followed an elderly male who was on his stolen scooter. Reported scooter stolen last year. Matter being investigated.

12:11 p.m. A&B dangerous weapon—knife. 11 Kingman Ave. Caller reports she let her homeless friend live with her and now he allegedly came at her with a box cutter. James Lucey, 42, of Brockton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon, A&B, and threat to commit crime.

1:33 p.m. Code enforcement. 98 Pine St. Silver Toyota in violation of city ordinance—past 72 hours. Tires are flat and embedded in the ground. Window driver’s side smashed. Vehicle does not appear operational. Vehicle towed.

2:02 p.m. Larceny investigation. 36 Hill St. Caller reports her grandson allegedly walked out with her TV. Marcus Gerrior, 30, of Brockton was charged with larceny over $250.

2:06 p.m. Malicious damage investigation. JLS Mailing Services, 672 Crescent St. Has surveillance of kids doing damage to property.

3:33 p.m. Code enforcement. 230 Oak St. Between 6 and 8 a white box truck allegedly dumps medical and construction waste in a dumpsters behind MY Storage at 230 Oak St. The manager would like us to check the property during these times.

3:39 p.m. Domestic violence investigated. Dunkin’ Donuts, 11 Thornton Ave. Caller reports her boyfriend allegedly went after with a pocketknife as if he was going to stab her. Instead, caller said, he stuck knife into the tire of her Honda Civic. Helio A. Fernandes, 23, of Taunton was charged with A&B, assault with a dangerous weapon, and threat to commit crime.

3:44 p.m. Code enforcement. 901 Belmont St. Reported dumping by the old Edison transformer. Not so.

4:35 p.m. Larceny investigation. Lynch’s Towing, 210 N. Cary St. Stolen chains, tie downs, binders, etc…

6:11 p.m. Serve warrant. 17 Lowell St. Michael S. Ayer, 24, of Brockton was charged with subsequent possession to distribute Class B drug and drug violation near school/park.

6:39 p.m. B&E home attempted. Litchfield Street. Caller reports two white males came to her home around Noon today and were surprised to find a family member at home. The pair claimed to ask her if she wanted her lawn mowed, but did not have tools. Noticed a rear screen might have been cut. Would like a patrol to watch the house/area.

8:19 p.m. Malicious damage investigation. Cambo Street. Caller states she came home and found her gazebo was damaged and a wooden table was thrown into her pool, possibly damaging the pool. She has idea who suspect might be.

9:20 p.m. A&B dangerous weapon—knife. 53 Oakland St. & 113 Thatcher St. Caller states a male was stabbed in the back. Second caller reports victim’s father picked him up and is bringing him to Brockton Hospital ER. Devon McCollum, 20, of Brockton was charged with armed robbery and A&B with dangerous weapon.

11:35 p.m. Violation of 209A order. Alamo Café, 51 Legion Parkway. Caller states he has an abuse prevention order on woman and she allegedly punched him. She is outside Alamo Café. Linda J. Doyle, 59, of Brockton was charged with A&B.
