12:17 a.m. Robbery. Crown Fried Chicken, 404 N. Main St. Manager called and states one of his employees called him and said they were robbed by a man with a gun. Suspect described as a black male wearing a white T-shirt, black baseball cap and brandished a gun. Fled on foot. BCI notified. Report taken.

1:09 a.m Disturbance. 146 Edson St. Caller reports there is a large group of people who keep going in and out of the woods near the power lines. Motor vehicles parked up and down the street and beer cans are being left in the street.

2:40 a.m. B&E in progress. 11 Tucker Dr. Caller states she just got home and someone broke into her house. Caller ran out front with kids because she is not sure if they are still inside. Dominique Dixon, 22, of Brockton was charged with felony B&E building in the nighttime, malicious destruction of property over $250, and larceny from building. All items located and returned.

3 a.m. Domestic violence investigated. Harvard Street. Victim came to lobby to report her ex-boyfriend assaulted her with a bat at a party on Harvard Street. Mauricio Lopes Abreu, 24, of Brockton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon and violation of an abuse prevention order.

3:13 a.m. Assault in progress. 75 Sycamore Ave. Large group in the street fighting. Second caller states large fight in the street. Richard Allen Meyer, 20, of Brockton was charged with interfering with police officer in performance of duty and resisting arrest.

3:20 a.m. Animal complaint. 25 Rockwell Ave. Bat in house. Matter settled.

6:23 a.m. Man with a gun. 98 Ash St. Caller reports they are still partying at above. Drinking running around in the yard, and making all type of noise. Second caller from a male party states there is a Cape Verde male wearing a white shirt and blue jean shorts who had a silver gun and is threatening everyone. Matthew Brian Correia, 23, of Brockton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon and assault.

7:55 a.m. Animal complaint. 376 Main St. BCI notified to take pics of the suspect since the K-9 bit suspect on the leg. Suspect backed vehicle into cruiser. Samuel C. Stovall, 37, of Springfield was charged with use of M/V without authority, failure to stop for police, reckless operation of M/V, leaving the scene of property damage, disturbing the peace, resisting arrest, mistreat/interfere with police horse/dog, and M/V operator refuse to identify self/giving police a false name. 9:59 a.m. A&B in progress. 220 Chatham West Dr. Caller states a mother is allegedly assaulting her daughter inside the house. Caller cannot see what is happening, but can hear it. Marie Diogene, 41, of Brockton was charged with A&B and malicious destruction of property under $250.

11:42 a.m. Larceny of a M/V. 115 Gladstone St. 2007 Honda Accord stolen.

11:57 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. 49 Ford St. Both cars were broken into.

12:08 p.m. Disturbance. 39 Pine Ave. Two females arguing inside apartment. Second call. No physical contact but arguing is escalating. Caller states that she is going to kill the other party if the officer don’t get there. Her patience is wearing out because the other party is talking about her kid. Caller was told to stay away and stay in her car until an officer arrives. Report taken.

1:40 p.m. Rape investigation. French Avenue. Victim came into lobby to report an alleged rape from last night. Report filed and victim went to Brockton Hospital ER for a rape kit. Plymouth County BCI dispatched for photos. Junior M. Nicholas, 27, of Brockton was charged with rape.

3:12 p.m. Domestic violence investigated. Gladwood Street. Party came into lobby to report alleged assault and battery. Todd Bubello, 33, of Brockton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon and violation of an abuse prevention order.

4:26 p.m. Larceny of a M/V investigation. Westgate Mall, 200 Westgate Dr. Black 1998 Honda Civic stolen from Westgate Mall.

4:28 p.m. Larceny investigation. CVS, 316 N. Pearl St. Caller states a white male and female both in black sweatshirts and backpacks just stole from the store. States they headed toward Frank’s on foot.

5:08 p.m. Threats see complainant. Asack’s Place, 571 N. Main St. See Peter Asack regarding threats by his brother John. John has since left the bar. John Asacks, 47, of Brockton was charged with threat to commit crime.

5:51 p.m. Malicious damage investigation. 323 Chatham West Dr. Four flat tires.

5:56 p.m. Welfare check. Freight Street. Caller reports there is a Hispanic male wearing a blue shirt and shorts who keeps walking in and out of the street. Possibly drunk. Near Brockton Iron and Steel. Douglas Edward McKean, 43, of Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct.

7:49 p.m. Domestic violence call. 17 Emmet St. Caller states his brother allegedly kicked him in the face. There is also another brother involved. They’re still in the apartment. No weapons involved. Adam A. Lavoura, 27, of Brockton was charged with A&B. Ramiro Martins, 26, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

8:11 p.m. A&B in progress. 30 N. Main St. Caller states people are verbally arguing at the park near Main Springs. She states “something is going down.” Second call came from a male who reports a black male allegedly hit a black female in the face. Glen Manaiza, 43, of Brockton was charged with indecent A&B on a person 14 or over, A&B, and foreign warrant.

8:16 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. 971 N. Main St. George Campoverde, 24, of Brockton was charged with possession of a Class E drug and unlawful wiretap.

9:57 p.m. Domestic violence call. Cumberland Farms, 1205 Belmont St. Caller reports her boyfriend allegedly choked and hit her multiple times. Caller said she bit him to stop the choking. He hid the phone so she left the house to call from Cumberland Farms. Paul F. Gramer, 49, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

10:58 p.m. Domestic violence call. Carrlyn Road. Caller states her husband allegedly punched her in the face. She has locked herself in the bedroom. John Derocha, 45, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

11:50 a.m. B&E investigated. 81 Vine St. Caller was away for the weekend. Just got home to find someone broke through the window and stole his T.V. and other items.
