Caller states that she was allegedly raped by her father and now wants to come forward due to the effects she is constantly suffering emotionally from the incident. Caller is waiting in the lobby to speak with a police officer. Scott Andrew Mattson, 49, of Brockton was charged with three counts of rape, intimidation of a witness and incest.
