10:21 a.m. Violation of 209A investigation. Brockton District Court, 215 Main St. Stephen A. Miranda
26, of Brockton was charged with violation of abuse prevention order.

12:55 p.m. Assist Fire or ambulance. Caller on scene states male is allegedly passed out or overdosed on drugs. George Heger, 44, of Brockton was charged with A&B on police officer, resisting arrest and A&B with a dangerous weapon.

1:03 p.m. Assault & battery in progress. Brockton Neighborhood Health Center, 63 Main St. Caller states outside is male confronting security. Christopher Henry, 44, of Brockton was charged with A&B, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and resisting arrest.

2:48 p.m. Disturbance. Elliot Street in the vicinity of Lou's Auto body. Kids in a maroon jeep shooting cars with paint balls.

5:00 p.m. Assault & battery investigation. North Main Street. Fred Albert Yackevicz, 54, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

8:12 p.m. Larceny investigation. Victoria's Secret, 200 Westgate Dr. Incident happened last night...larceny over $250.

9:20 p.m. 911 hang up on Overton Street. Nicole Ann Gillespie, 22, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

10:13 p.m. Disturbance. Howard Square. Caller states she had a fight with the tenant from the 2nd floor. Maria A. Fernandes, 24, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

11:16 p.m. Motor vehicle stop. 238 Warren Ave. Yoshie Dennis, 24, of Boston was charged with possession to distribute Class D drug, drug violation near school/park and conspiracy to violate drug law. Robert Jones, 23, of Boston was charged with possession to distribute Class D drug, drug violation near school/park and conspiracy to violate drug law. Marcus Montissol, 23, of Hyde Park was charged with distribution of Class D drug, drug violation near school/park, conspiracy to violate drug law, unlicensed operation of MV and marked lanes violation.

11:45 p.m. 911 unknown emergency. Eaton Street. Ulpiano Pena Jr. 26, of Brockton was summonsed for intimidation of a witness, threatening to commit a crime and assault to intimidate.
