8:25 a.m. Agusto P. Antunes, 29, 16 Curve Ave., Brockton was charged with three counts of violating an abuse order, intimidating a witness and threat to commit a crime after a Wilmington Street caller reported a violation of a restraining order.

8:43 a.m. Antonio Rivera, 43, 693 Pleasant St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery and disturbing the peace after a Pleasant Street caller reported a domestic violence problem from last night that carried over into the morning.

9:39 a.m. Brian J. Crean, 53, 7 Dale Road, Holbrook was charged with driving an uninsured and unregistered vehicle and concealing the identification of a license plate after a traffic stop near N. Montello and N. Cary streets.

10:29 a.m. Karen Gibbs, 30, 14 Auna Dr., Brockton was charged with mutilating a parking ticket and littering from a vehicle after a parking violation near Family Dollar on Torrey Street.

7:21 p.m. David Goretti Fernades, 21, 55 Abbott St., Braintree was charged with possession of a class B drug, usually crack or cocaine, after callers reported hearing four or five gun shots near Florence Street. Callers reported a black car fleeing toward Main Street.

10:12 p.m. Noah M. Devine, 6 Ray Ave., Brockton was charged with three counts of violating an abuse order, negligent operation of a vehicle and marked lanes violation after a caller reported a car hit a large rock near Hillsberg Avenue and Ash Street.

11:32 p.m. Jorge M. Monteiro, 33, 31 Pleasant St., Milford was charged with assault and battery after a Pine Grove Drive woman reported she was assaulted.
