2:52 a.m. Paul Daphins, 28, 353 Pleasant St., Brockton was charged with two counts of assault and battery and intimidating a witness after a Pleasant Street caller reported her boyfriend threw her down by the neck.
2:59 a.m. Two 24-year-old men were charged with disorderly conduct after a Summer Street caller reported 4- to 50 people all over the street. Charged were Junior M. Nicholas, 28 Park St., Brockton and Isaiah Teixeira, 97 Pratt Court, Stoughton.
10:07 a.m. Anthony J. Roscia Jr., 27, 6 Nancy Road, Easton was charged with driving with a suspended registration and uninsured vehicle after a traffic stop near Stonebridge Café on Belmont Street. .
11:16 a.m. Steven Souza, 55, 54 Main St., Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace, trespass and threat to commit a crime after a call for a disturbance near N. Main and Spring streets.
1:09 p.m. Ashley Pyrcz, 21, 182 Elm St., Quincy was charged with driving with a suspended license, motor vehicle rules and regulation violations and failure to stop or yield after a traffic stop on E. Ashland and N. Cary streets.
1:18 p.m. Donna Frett-DeCastro, 45, 88 Fuller St., Brockton was charged with driving with a suspended registration and uninsured vehicle after a traffic stop on Fuller Street.
1:23 p.m. Junior M. Nicholas, 24, 28 Park St., Brockton was charged with littering after a call to check property near police headquarters on Commercial Street.
2:36 p.m. Talana Council, 24, 461 Montello St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a Montello Street caller reported his girlfriend assaulted him.
5 p.m. Maurice Williams, 22, 224 Pleasant St., Brockton was charged with threat to commit a crime and intimidating a witness after a call from Alamo Café on Legion Parkway.
10:07 p.m. Christopher P. Rovaldi, 25, 155 Colonel Bell Dr., Brockton was charged with attempted murder by strangulation, domestic assault and battery, assault and battery on a child with injury, disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Police responded to a Colonel Bell Drive caller who reported a fight in an apartment with a lot of yelling, screaming and a broken window that sprayed glass all over the ground outside the apartment.
