12:54 a.m. Domestic violence call. 25 Appleton St. Apt.#2. Caller states her ex-boyfriend allegedly just bite her in the head. Her 5-year-old daughter is in the apartment. Male party in background stating he lives there. Female states male party has been drinking and he has her cellphone & keys. States she is using a spare phone to call. She said she wants him escorted from the apartment. Patrick Johnson, 41, of 21 Creston St., Apt. 101 Boston, was charged with A&B and witness intimidation.
1:43 a.m. Disturbance. 20 South St., Apt.1. Caller states first floor tenants are allegedly arguing and breaking things. Elizabeth DaSilveira, 28, of 20 South St., apt.1, Brockton was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.
2:42 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. 29 Ames St apt.3. Caller reports smashed windshield.
3:43 a.m. A & B dangerous weapon. Main St. 28-year-old "Pedro Fernandes" is a stabbing victim. Friend states it happened at unknown location on Main Street. No further information.
4:57 a.m. 911 Hang Up. False 911 call. 39 Woodard Ave. State Police report an unknown emergency. ETD tried call back--voice mail full. Contacted State Police for more info on call to reaffirm street address. Police dispatched to address. Report male party sitting in his living room eating lasagna with very little clothes on. Claimed he never called. No one else is in the home.
6:50 a.m. B & E M/V investigation. 15 Lexington St., Apt.#1. Direct Tv Van/ Driver’s side window smashed. GPS taken. Possibly other items.
8:52 a.m. Disturbance by a family. 27 Colonel Bell Dr., Apt.3. Caller states neighbors on 3rd floor have been fighting. He thinks male is hitting the female. He will open door for police.
9:30 a.m. Motor vehicle stop. 294 Warren Ave. @ 74 Belmont St. Darrell Lee White, 45, of 82 American Legion Highway, Apt. 6, Dorchester, was charged with unlawful possession of ammunition.
10:41 a.m. Disturbance by a family. 233 Chatham West Dr. Caller states friend lives at above and her boyfriend is allegedly kicking the door in. Reports he kicked in door. BCI notified. Police spoke with state children services and verbally filed 51A. Awaiting authorization to send emergency team out. 1-year-old child transported to Good Samaritan for an evaluation. Officer Schlieman injured his back trying to arrest the suspect. No medical care being sought at this time.
Jesilina Resende, 20, of 233 Chatham West Dr., Brockton was arrested and charged with interfering with police officer in performance of duty, witness, intimidate, resist arrest, and disorderly conduct.
Niko Johnson, 19, of 55 Damon Ave., Holbrook was arrested and charged with felony b&e building daytime, malicious destruction of property +$250, A&B on police officer, and resisting arrest.
10:50 a.m. Assault & Battery investigate. Downey School. 55 Electric Ave. Caller reports female was allegedly assaulted by her boyfriend’s baby’s mother. Agnes M. Santiago, 29, of 58 Ford St., Brockton was charged with A&B.
11:20 a.m. Prostitution. 109 Green St Apt.1. Caller reports a white female allegedly is having sex with male in a white Mercedes. Police given plate #. While on telephone with caller she states female got out of m/v and is in driveway. Caller has video. This female has since left and is in the Mercedes. Caller states another prostitute threatened caller. Kevin M. Hamilton,43, of 15 Ithaca Road, Brockton was charged with A&B and trespass. Marta M. Marquez, 30, of 209 River St., Mattapan was charged with trespass.
11:31 a.m. 911 unknown emergency. 16 Connecticut Place, Apt.1. Caller states female called. A lot of yelling and screaming in background. ETD tried calling back--got voice mail. Caller states possible domestic. 2nd call. Third-party called stating his wife is on 1st floor at 16 Connecticut Place. Male and female are arguing. Male allegedly is dragging a child down stairs.
11:47 a.m.Domestic violence call. 28 Clifton Ave., Apt.3. Caller received a call from daughter and can hear yelling, screaming, and arguing with boyfriend. Caller tried calling back, but can't reach daughter. There is a baby in the apartment. Caller is on her way there. Denbrook Langham, 24, of 28 Clifton Ave., Apt.3, Brockton was charged with A&B.
1:21 p.m. B & E in progress. 253 Grove St. Apt. E4. Caller reports two males trying to get in her back door. Both are dark skinned. One has on a gray hoodie with blue lines. Other has on white shirt. They left in a green Hyundai up Grove Street. BCI notified.
1:37 p.m. Disturbance. Law Office of Samuel Beef/Becks Jarad, LLC. 4 Main St. Caller reports a white male with no shirt is giving haircuts to other homeless males and is using electricity from a storage unit belonging to the caller. He wants them moved along. They are in the back parking lot. Homeless moved along.
2:04 p.m. Open and gross. D.W. Field Park. 330 Oak St. Caller reports white male and female in a silver m/v are having sex. They are near the pond where people feed the ducks. Car is parked next to a truck. Police report no sex observed, parties were kissing.
2:20 p.m. Malicious damage M/V. 433 W. Elm St, Apt.7. Caller reports malicious damage to 3 m/vs. Police report 6 M/Vs damaged with oven cleaner.
2:42 p.m. Rape investigation. Arthur Paquin Way. Caller reports a 15-year-old was raped approximately 1 week ago. She is here with her mother and father. Parents state she knows who the party is but will not tell them. All parties are in the lobby.
3:01 p.m. Recovered stolen m/v. 330 Spring St. @ 82 Belmont Ave. Caller is at above location and he found his stolen 2000 red Dodge Stratus that was stolen out of Rhode Island.
4:35 p.m. Malicious damage investigation. Best Gas. 899 Belmont St. Caller reports damage to air 10:01 p.m. Malicious damage M/V. 19 Brett St. Windshield smashed.
10:30 p.m. Domestic violence call. 70 S. Fuller St. Caller states his brother allegedly is threatening to kill everyone in the house. No physical violence at this time.Nathan Drew, 19, of 70 S. Fuller St., Brockton was charged with A&B, and two counts of threat to commit crime.
