12:03 a.m. Welfare check. Champion Fuel. 633 Warren Ave. Caller states a Hispanic male inside a large SUV is allegedly passed out with the door open in the area of above. Citation issued. Manuel Grandazumba, 22, of 29 Somerset Place, Brockton was charged with unlicensed operation of M/V.
12:25 a.m. A&B dangerous weapon. Brockton Hospital. 680 Centre St. Hospital reports a 35-year-old male walked into the ER with a stab wound to the back. Man states it happened some place in Brockton. Wound is non-life threatening.
8:45 a.m. Keep the peace. 30 Banks St. Water department is on the scene to shut off water. Party on the premises allegedly is getting abusive. Water department reports it sent 3 notices to property owners asking permission to enter property to replace water meter. Owner has not responded and confronted them on their last attempt. Per city ordinance water department has shut off water to the building until meter can be changed.
9:00 a.m. Domestic violence investigate. 243 Belmont St., Apt. 1. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly assaulted her yesterday and she now has a bump on her head. She alleges he is in an OCC program and has an ankle bracelet. Tony Gomes, 20, of 243 Belmont St., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with A&B and threat to commit crime.
10:15 a.m. Disturbance. 106 School St. & 165 Montello St. Assist meter maid in the paid lot.
11:01 a.m. Code enforcement. Dunkin’ Donuts. 1280 Belmont. License Commission inspection for common victualers license for 24-hour operation request with commission. Officer reports inspection was completed and they have not had a license to have sit-down seating since March, 2011. Officer states they never changed the license from the old owners to the new owners. They have been operating for the past 18 days in 2012 with no license and they are now just coming up for a new license. They have not had inspections from the various departments and the license will not be issue at tonight’s meeting. They have been informed they are not licensed for sit-down dining and that the area for sit-down dining is to be closed and roped off with a sign stating no sit-down and tak- out only as of 1-19-2012, or fines will be assessed.
12:02 p.m. Code enforcement. Avon Auto Brokers. 987 Belmont St. Officer reports vehicles on the grass area not in compliance with the plan submitted by the operator. The flag signs displayed are not in keeping with the zoning that was given to the business.
12:06 p.m. Violation of 209A. 72 Denton St., Apt. 2. Caller states she has a 209A order against male who allegedly is calling her and calling her names. Joao Carvalho, 36, of 589 N. Montello St., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with violating an abuse prevention order.
12:52 p.m. Code enforcement. Joe Angelo’s CafĂ©. 11 Crescent St. Officer reports while conducting a License Commission inspection 4 video poker machines allegedly were found in a separate room with people drinking, smoking and gambling. Sergeant responded and a full report given to License Commission.
1:55 p.m. Code enforcement. Patriot Convenience. 963 Main St. Officer reports mext in line request to tow 3 illegal gambling machines allegedly found on premises. Gambling machines are to be towed to the police station for investigation seizure. Charges to follow.
2:00 p.m. Larceny investigation. 446 Main St., Apt. 1. Caller states his roommate allegedly strong-armed him and took his money. Caller states he doesn’t have a found—party sounds a little confused. Andrew Sivertsen, 51, of 446 Main St., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with larceny over $250.
3:58 p.m. Domestic violence call. 40 Ford St., Apt. 4. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly tried breaking into the house and is outside smashing windows on the caller’s car. Wallace Fincher, 28, of 40 Douglas St., Winthrop was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon and A&B.
5:26 p.m. A&B in progress. 800 Main St. People fighting out front. Caller states a white Corolla allegedly was chasing her in her vehicle. She states they pulled up to her car and hit it with a crowbar. She is stopped at above. Caller gave PD license plate #. Andrew Licciardi, 20, 104 Leach Ave., Brockton was charged with malicious damage to M/V.
6:49 p.m. Assist other agency. 30 Banks St. Assist the water department at above. They need to turn the water back on.
6:56 p.m. B&E investigate. 15 Exchange St., Apt. 1. Caller just came home and found the door broken. Second B&E in 3 days. BCI dispatched for prints.
8:34 p.m. A&B investigate. BAT Bus Terminal, 10 Commercial St. Caller states she allegedly was assaulted on the BAT bus. Juvenile arrest, 15-year-old, charged with A&B.
8:39 p.m. Gun shots call. 135 Edward St. White Nissan just drove by and shot at the house. Caller is following them. Caller was sitting in the driveway at the time.
8:50 p.m. A&B investigate. 121 Walnut St. Caller is at the ER and wants to report a female allegedly assaulted her. Ashley Rose Harrison, 21, of 121 Walnut St., Brockton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon.
9:33 p.m. Robbery. Walgreens. 880 N. Montello St. White female wearing a blue and white jacket and jeans stated she had a gun. Unknown if on foot or in M/V or which direction she fled.
