12:46 a.m. Larceny investigation. 70 Hobson St. Multiple items taken. Caller alleges family friend who was over earlier took items. Peter Draudins, 20, of 23 Alden St., Brockton was charged with larceny over $250.

1:57 a.m. B&E investigate. Westgate Hotel, 195 Westgate Dr., Apt. 143. Broke window. TV taken.

3:05 a.m. M/V accident. D.W. Field Park, Oak Street. Milton State Police states party crashed into water at D.W. Field Park on Oak Street. Unfounded. Car found on Route 24.

8:21 a.m. Larceny of M/V. 62 Howland St. Dark green Mercedes. Report taken.

9:14 a.m. Sudden death. Crescent St. The caller’s friend was drunk and passed out in the tub. Caller states she can’t find a pulse on her and the party is cold. Fire on scene. Dead on arrival.

10:36 a.m. B&E investigate. 11 Taylor Ave. House broken into.

12:19 p.m. Overdose. Boundary Street. Caller reports 17-year-old son is on drugs. Caller reports the son is yelling and screaming. Son taken to Brockton Hospital ER.

12:49 p.m. Shoplifting. Everett’s Auto Parts, 553 Thatcher St. Caller reports 2 males tucked parts under their clothes, took off running into the woods. Caller reports they couldn’t have gotten far and walked out of woods to Regal Auto’s parking lot. Under investigation.

1:53 p.m. Disturbance. Dunkin’ Donuts, 317 N. Pearl St. Customer was not satisfied with some food and threw it at the window. He left the area, but police given vehicle license plate #. Suspect, a Pleasant Street resident, not home when police checked residence. Store would like him trespassed. Police will attempt to locate later.

2:10 p.m. B&E M/V investigation. 158 W. Chestnut St. Vehicle broken into. Check taken.

2:51 p.m. B&E M/V investigate. 57 Reservoir St. Stereo stolen out of car.

3:06 p.m. B&E attempted. 143 Ames St. Apt. 3E. Bedroom windows smashed and they unscrewed the door knob. No suspect.

3:47 p.m. Check motorist-drunk. 521 Main St. & 47 Dover St. Maroon Toyota headed north on Main Street. Driver allegedly very drunk. Deputy fire chief has now pulled the M/V over. Edgar Viera Andrade, 50, of 68 Crockette St., Stoughton was charged with OUI liquor, and reckless operation of M/V.

4:10 p.m. Overdose. N. Montello Street. Caller states heroin OD. Male party is unconscious, blue and not breathing. CPR initiated.

5:31 p.m. A&B investigate. Dr. Transmission, 761 Warren Ave. Caller states an upset customer smacked her son in the face. Caller states male customer left in a Bob’s Discount Furniture truck. License plate given to PD. Under investigation.

5:50 p.m. Overdose. Lithuanian Village Cafe, 128 Ames St. Caller reports possible overdose at the rear of the building. White female is turning blue. Caller states females is jumping up and down. Does not know what she took.

6:46 p.m. B&E investigate. 86 Battles St. Entry through bedroom window. Flat screen TV and other items taken.

7:11 p.m. Disturbance by a family. Tribou Street. Male party on line stating his mother, grandmother and aunt are arguing and fighting. Stated it started to get physical, but stopped. Yelling and screaming in background. ETD spoke to his mother who is now crying and stating incident is over her sister who is not working and bills.

7:20 p.m. Disturbance. Shaw’s Supermarket, 641 Belmont St. Nicole Anne Legault, 39, of 27 Blaine St., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with shoplifting over $100 by asportation, A&B on police officer, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace.

7:28 p.m. Disturbance by a drunk. Cardoso Café, 146 Montello St. Two drunk patrons are arguing with the bartender. Yelling in the background. Matter settled.

7:39 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. City Hall, 45 School St. Christine Peguero, 24, of 784 Massachusetts Ave., Boston was charged with foreign warrant.

7:44 p.m. Disturbance by a drunk. Atlantic Rubber, 93 Pleasant St. Caller states man is drunk and being difficult. He won’t leave and states the man has been breaking beer bottles. He is currently laying on the grass. Matter settled.

7:47 p.m. Disturbance by a drunk. 33 Dover St. Caller states there is a drunk male starting a fight in the parking lot above. Second caller states there is a fight in the parking at above location. One male ejected from the property. Name is in the person screen.

7:49 p.m. B&E investigate. Dorn Davies Senior Center, 1380 Main St., Apt. 317B. See BHA maintenance on 3rd floor in regards to B&E to vacant apartment.

8:51 p.m. Robbery investigation. 19 Elm View Terrace. Third party call. States neighbor was robbed outside above location by “gunpoint” by 3 black youths. Resident at above was robbed by a black male, medium build, wearing a red and black hooded Champion sweatshirt, blue jeans and white sneakers. Suspect used a dark-colored firearm with a laser. Hot sheet.

8:58 p.m. Disturbance by a family. 66 Hill St. Caller states her 33-year-old boyfriend is throwing things in the house and threatening to damage her vehicle. No physical violence yet. Five children in house that belongs to the couple. Male party is currently inside house. Report taken.

9:22 p.m. Check motorist-drunk. 684 Main St. Caller reports a male and female are acting like they are allegedly drunk or high. Caller states they have children in their car and he is concerned. The couple are parked at above location.
Mary McDermott, 31, of 109 Market St., Apt. 5, Rockland was charged with reckless endangerment to children under 18, heroin being present where kept, possession of heroin. Paul Barker, 27, of 46 Exchange St., Rockland was charged with heroin being present where kept, possession of heroin. Jonathan Johnson, 21, of 458 Market St., Apt. 2, Rockland was charged with foreign warrant.

9:26 p.m. Larceny investigation. 14 Madrid Square, Apt. 7. Caller reports someone broke off their mail box and stole their mail.

10:26 p.m. A&B in progress. 513 Main St. Caller reports there is a fight going on in front of the 24-hour laundromat at above location. States there are about 20 people. Second call states there is fight near Morabeza Club.

10:36 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. 18 Washburn Ave., Apt. 1. Caller states he wants a party who is allegedly starting a fight removed from his house. Second call states people arguing and fighting. Afonso Brandao, 18, of 282 N. Montello St., Brockton was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. Moses Furtado, 21, of 45 E. Main St., Apt. 1, Brockton was also arrested and charged with disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.

10:39 p.m. Disturbance by a family. 32 Bunker Ave., Apt. 3. Caller wants her boyfriend removed. Reports he has allegedly been drinking and arguing. Lamar Deaundre Williams, 38, of 99 Warren Ave., Apt. 33, Brockton was charged with kidnapping and A&B.

10:46 p.m. A&B with dangerous weapon. East Side Market, 364 Centre St. Clerk states there are people in the parking lot fighting. He believes some have guns and knives. Matter settled.

10:56 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. 1029 Pearl St. Caller states he was just laid off by trucking company. Would like to speak with an officer. Second call from the trucking company. Party they laid off is on their property causing a disturbance and won’t leave. Matter settled.

11:16 p.m. Welfare check. Westgate Hotel, 195 Westgate Dr., Apt. 200. Caller states her female cousin is allegedly being held against her will at above location. Party was very uncooperative and would not provide further information. ETD called hotel and room is registered in a male party’s name, but he has a girlfriend staying with him. Female may have warrant. Spoke with female who said she is not being held against her will and there is no physical abuse. The male she is staying with is her boyfriend who her family does not like because he is there for her in her life. Female has a warrant. Jennifer J. Vargas, 23, of 24 Columbia St., Brockton was charged with foreign warrant.
