12:15 a.m. Domestic violence call. Pine Grove Drive. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly punched her in the eye and she is locked in the bedroom with their 2 children. Jeremy K. Miller, 24, of Brockton was charged with A&B, destruction of property under$250 and intimidation of a witness.

12:40 a.m. Narcotics investigation. Westgate Hotel and Conference Center, 195 Westgate Drive. State Police Gang Unit search warrant. Taylar E. Gomes, 23, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of unlawful carry of a firearm, 2 counts of unlawful possession of ammunition, conspiracy to violate drug law, possession of Class B drug, possession of Class A drug and 2 counts of receiving stolen property over $250.

12:58 a.m. A&B in progress. 134 Crescent St. & 64 Commercial St. Officer flagged down by female in street. Caller states she was allegedly beat by another drunk female. Nikeisha Correia, 35, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

1:07 a.m. Disturbance. Intervale Street. Caller states a male is outside in a white van and will not let her go into her house. States he is allegedly throwing bottles at her car and he is upset because she will not go out with him. Scott Claudio, 21, of Hyannis was charged with foreign warrant.

2:36 a.m. Gunshot call in the area of 137 Main St. Shot spotter single gun shot. No callers and unfounded.

7:07 a.m. B&E motor vehicle. Augustine Street. Caller states his car was found up the street from his house and window broken and ignition column damaged.

7:35 a.m. Robbery investigation at Trinity Catholic Academy, 37 Erie Ave. Counselor states one of their students had a bus pass taken from them at the BAT Bus Terminal yesterday afternoon. He states the bus pass was demanded from the student and they gave the pass to the suspect. Police report taken.

10:49 a.m. Narcotic violation in progress. Milton Street. Kempess Sylvain, 32, of Brockton was charged with possession of Class B drug, drug violation near school/park and unlawful possession of ammunition.

7:47 p.m. Domestic violence call. Plain Street. Caller states husband has been drinking and allegedly pushed her. Mark Bamford, 48, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of A&B and resisting arrest.

10:58 p.m. Fire. Structure at 75 Melrose Avenue. Fire and smoke in building and female states she is stuck in basement. See BrocktonPost.com for story.
