12:21 a.m. Luis Albert Molina Jr., 31, of Brockton was charged with OUI liquor, failure to stop for police and leaving the scene of property damage after a caller reported a vehicle allegedly struck a pole and split in half near Ford Street.
12:31 a.m. Jessica DePina, 17, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery and threat to commit crime after an Allen Street caller allegedly reported her 17-year-old daughter hit her.
4:53 a.m. Cheryl Pastena, 41, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, felony daytime breaking and entering into a building, and disturbing the peace after an Edson Street caller reported a female who had allegedly tried to get into a man’s house and pounded on the door and broke things. The caller said there had been a problem with Pastena earlier in the night.
4:56 a.m. A caller from Shell gas station on E. Ashland Street reported three males allegedly came into the store wearing black clothes, black-hooded sweatshirts and masks. The report states the men used their fists to beat up the clerk and a female customer and left on foot.
8:05 a.m. Jeffrey D. Benson, 21, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery and witness intimidation after a caller from Belmont Street allegedly reported a black female in her 30s walking down Ash Street near Belmont screaming for someone to call 911. The caller alleged another woman stopped the screaming female to ask her what happened. The distraught woman told the caller her boyfriend allegedly choked her.
10:39 a.m. Jessica M. Burns, 31, of Brockton was charged with possession of a Class B drug after a caller from Myrtle Street reported a Hispanic woman in her 30’s wearing a tan shirt and tan shorts was allegedly smoking crack on the side porch of an abandoned building.
1:41 p.m. Avanti Williams, 28, of Brockton was charged with open and gross lewdness after a Kingman Avenue caller reported another tenant allegedly “showed his privates to me.”
7:28 p.m. Darrell Polk, 40, of Brockton was charged with three counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault with a dangerous weapon and witness intimidation after a caller from Perkins Avenue reported an alleged fight in the street between five and seven people.
