1:18 a.m. Antao Soares, 58, of Brockton was charged with drunk driving and marked lanes violation after a two-car accident near Main and Calmar Streets.
2:58 a.m. John D. Thomas, 40, of Brockton was charged with two counts of malicious damage to a motor vehicle, breaking and entering into a building with no damage and violation of an abuse prevention order after an Agnew Avenue caller reported her husband allegedly was trying to break into a friend’s vehicle. A second call from the woman reported the husband was hiding in her garage and her brother was chasing him toward Foster Street.
9:16 a.m. Justin C. Barrow, 27, of Boston was charged with assault and battery after a caller from Battles Farm Drive reported the father of her baby allegedly was throwing stuff around the house in front of the kids and pulled her hair and shoved her in the face.
9:59 a.m. Khary C. Marshall, 31, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery and witness intimidation after police responded to a 911 emergency call from Menlo Street where screaming was heard over an open line. A second call from a neighbor reported a child ran outside and yelled for someone to call 911.

1:17 a.m. John Cabral, 28, of Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after police received a call that a Hispanic male was allegedly walking down the middle of the street toward oncoming traffic near Commercial and Centre Streets.
2:55 a.m. Kenneth Thompson, 49, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a Tilton Avenue caller alleged a domestic dispute between a man and a woman was happening. The caller reported both the male and female had been drinking earlier.
3:40 a.m. Angel Colon, 35, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a W. Chestnut Street caller reported her boyfriend allegedly hit her in the face. The woman reported she locked her self in the bathroom and while there is a pit bull in the house, it does not bite.
5:03 a.m. Jason Correia, 40, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery and wanton destruction of property over $250 after police received a call from a 9-year-old resident of Martland Avenue who reported his father allegedly was beating his mother. Police reported hearing a woman screaming in the background. The caller reported a 6-year-old and 1-year-old were also in the dwelling. Police reported an upstairs neighbor came to attend the children. According to police records, Correia turned 40 on May 21, the day before the alleged assault.

12:20 p.m. John F. Connolly, 44, of Stoughton was charged with assault and battery and larceny under $250 after a woman called police from Cumberland Farms on N. Main Street to report her boyfriend allegedly assaulted her in the parking lot and stole her cell phone and wallet.
5:07 p.m. A Cottage Grove Avenue caller reported a home was broken into.
5:40 p.m. David Oliver, 19, of Brockton was charged with unlawfully carrying a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, two counts of assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest after officers investigated a suspicious person call on N. Montello Street. Officer Graham reported being head-butted by Oliver while making the arrest and has a minor cut under left eye.
9:57 p.m. Elgardo Meija, 29, of Brockton was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon after a Highland Street caller reported two neighbors allegedly threatened to beat her up and one had a knife.
About 30 minutes later police charged Cynthia Ramirez, 37, of Brockton with assault and battery, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace as a part of the original call.
11:58 p.m. Two men were charged with distributing a Class B drug, conspiracy to violate drug laws, and drug violations near a school or park when police were called to Legion Parkway for a report of a narcotics violation in progress. Charged were: Tony Bolton, 46, of Brockton and Valenz Italien, 24, of Brockton.

1:59 p.m. Linette Figueroa, 19, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery and threat to commit a crime after a Ardsley Circle woman reported she and a friend were allegedly threatened with a gun and she was assaulted.
3:33 p.m. Edward Boehner, 41, of Norton was charged with larceny over $250 after a Globe Road caller reported items were stolen off of a porch. The caller alleged a neighbor had information about the suspect.
8:56 p.m. Michael R. Dugan, 52, of Brockton was charged with rape after an E. Ashland Street mother called to report her 19-year-old daughter was allegedly raped at a nearby Sunoco gas station. The caller reported her daughter went to the store and when she did not return in a timely manner searched for the young woman and found her hiding in the gas station’s bathroom.

Juste, 20, of Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, failure to stop for police and reckless operation of a motor vehicle after Caritas Good Samaritan Hospital on N. Pearl Street reported four or five people allegedly fighting on the ramp to the emergency room.
10:57 a.m. Police were contacted by Brockton Hospital on Centre Street for a sudden death after two men pulled up to the ambulance dock in a 1992 Buick with a dead man in the car. No further information is available.
11:47 a.m. DeSantis Chevrolet on Main Street reported 14 cars on their lot had their windows broken and radios stolen.

8:57 a.m. Advanded Auto Parts on Main Street reported an employee was attacked and stabbed in the face by a black male about 17 years old, 5 feet, 8 inches tall with dread locks. Caller reported the suspect fled on a red BMX bike.
9:11 a.m. A Belcher Avenue resident reported his house was hit with eggs. Caller reports it’s the second time and happened the night before at about 11:30. The homeowner said a black Honda-type vehicle with a loud muffler is suspected.

10:50 a.m. A caller from Hess gas station on North Pearl Street reported a Cape Verdean femal drove off without paying for $45 of gas. Alleged scofflaw reported heading south on North Pearl Street in a purple Nissan SUV.
1:27 p.m. A Linnea Avenue resident reports their house has been egged for the fourth time in three weeks.
1:56 p.m. Victoria's Secret at the Westgate Mall reported someone stole 16 bottles of perfume.
5:31 p.m. A road rage incident ended with the arrest of three men who allegedly attacked a man and his son with a baseball bat.
Police charged Andre Barbosa, 51, of Dorchester with two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after a female caller reported after another driver cut her off near North Main Street and Oak, the driver allegedly stopped and took out a bat and began hitting her husband and son with the bat.
The caller reported the men were in a blue Toyota Corolla and allegedly threatened her husband with a gun, but a gun was not shown.
Two men from Norton were also charged in the matter. Tom Stevens, 40, has been charged with assault and malicious destruction of property over $250, and Dennis Stevens, 24, faces assault and battery charges.
12:25 a.m. Pierre Joseph, 39, of Randolph was charged with disturbing the peace after police responded to a call on Ford Street for very loud music.
12:54 a.m. A caller from Linnea Avenue reported someone keeps throwing eggs at the house.
2:21 a.m. Justin W. O'Connell, 25, of Brockton was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, use of a motor vehicle without authority, possession of a Class A drug, motor vehicle operator refuse to identify self, and a warrant after rollover accident near 10 Toby Road.
3:01 a.m. Miranda Rhodes, 24, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a Bigney Avenue caller reported his girlfriend has been drinking and hitting him.
3:51 a.m. A judge issued an emergency 209a order and Lucindo Gomes, 24, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and witness intimidation after a Lexington Avenue caller reported her husband allegedly is trying to kill her.
5:18 a.m. Jose Molina, 31, of Brockton was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, larceny of a motor vehicle and violation of a 209a order after a caller from Forest Avenue reported she and her exboyfriend were at the same bar and he allegedly punched her in the face causing a nose bleed. The caller reported Molina then took her car keys and car forcing her to walk to a friends house to report the incident.
7:40 a.m. A Quincy man and Brockton woman were arrested after a caller reported a suspicious vehicle parked in a back parking lot by a dumpster on Ford Street. The caller reported a white male in a Budget rental truck keeps nodding off and doesn't seem right.

4:35 a.m. Two 911 callers report gun shots near a park on Hovenden Avenue and Winter Street. Callers report a white or light-colored Toyota Avalon sped away with vehicle lights off. Officers report no victims or shell casings found in the area.
11:04 a.m. William Garner, 47, of Brockton was charged with disturbing a funeral when St. Edith Stein Church on East Main Street reported a man in his late 30s wearing a black do rag, black trench coat and red shirt walked into a funeral, yelled something through the church and is now across at the bus stop yelling toward the church and walking south on North Main Street.
2:38 p.m. Police responded to a call about a broken door screen at Kathleen Road. Caller reported three teenagers--two white and one black--knocked on his door looking to fight his son and broke the screen. Police visited the suspect's house on Crescent Street and reported speaking to the suspect--who admitted breaking the screen--and suspect's mother who will pay for the screen.
6:48 p.m. Police responded to a call from an apartment on Leavitt Street reporting a male stabbed.

2 p.m. Kenneth James Burke, 24, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a caller reported a male and female arguing and throwing things at each other at the Suds Plus car wash on Centre Street.
10:14 p.m. Police recovered a stolen firearm after a report of a suspicious motor vehicle on Porter Street. Police reported on arrival a vehicle hit a parked car on Holbrook Avenue and four people fled the vehicle. A search of the car netted a stolen gun that was logged as evidence.
11:47 p.m. Sean Taylor, 41, of Pembroke was charged with assault and battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and resisting arrest after a detail officer working at the Foxy Lady on N. Pearl Street reported a police officer has a prisoner.
